Strategic Responsibilities
- Define and lead overall Mitra Management strategy, covering hiring, onboarding, retention, and engagement.
- Translate business priorities into Mitra related policies to ensure sustainable workforce supply and quality.
- Benchmark compensation, benefits, and industry practices to reduce churn and increase retention.
- Represent Mitra's perspective in management discussions, ensuring field insights are translated into actionable improvements.
- Act as a decision maker based on structured data, assessing impact before implementation.
BAU Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end Mitra lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and exit.
- Ensure onboarding programs are operationally strong and focused on readiness.
- Monitor and evaluate retention metrics, churn trends, and operational compliance.
- Provide feedback loops to ensure Mitra understands and can use company tools effectively.
- Align with internal stakeholders (Ops, HR, Finance, etc.) for policy execution.
Team Management Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Mitra Management team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Ops leads to ensure a cohesive execution.
- Build a culture of data driven decision making within the team.
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, HR, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of outsourcing, mass hiring, and Mitra ecosystem management.
Experience
- Minimum 810 years experience in operations, outsourcing, or mitra management.
- Proven track record in managing large scale mitra ecosystems.
- Experience in designing policies that balance operational needs and partner engagement.
