Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and visionary Head of Marketing to lead company-wide marketing initiatives and drive sustainable business growth. This role will be responsible for brand positioning, integrated marketing strategies, user acquisition, and revenue acceleration across online and offline channels.

  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from a top-tier / leading university, nationally or internationally recognized
  • Preferably majoring in Marketing, Business, Management, or Communication
  • Strong academic background demonstrating analytical rigor and strategic thinking capability
  • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles
  • Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy
  • Experience in voucher, gift card, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is highly preferred

Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive company-wide marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Define brand positioning and value proposition for voucher and gift card products
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches and campaigns
  • Establish annual marketing roadmaps, budget allocation, and performance targets

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Strengthen brand awareness, brand equity, and market share
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints
  • Oversee content strategy, creative direction, and campaign storytelling

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and repeat transactions through performance-driven initiatives
  • Manage digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and partnerships
  • Apply strong Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) knowledge to optimize campaign attribution and performance tracking
  • Monitor CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion funnels, and other growth metrics
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights

Offline Activation & O2O Integration

  • Lead offline marketing initiatives including OOH (Out-of-Home), booths, events, and activations
  • Ensure seamless integration between online and offline marketing efforts
  • Evaluate offline campaign performance and measure impact on digital conversions

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and external vendors to support revenue growth
  • Align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and sales targets
  • Manage agency relationships and vendor performance
  • Present strategic marketing plans and performance reports to senior management and board-level stakeholders

Performance & Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and scalable growth
