This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Brand Marketing at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand positioning, increasing brand awareness, and overseeing marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to strengthen the company's market presence.

• Expertise in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Brand Awareness
• Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing and Brand Management
• Proven track record of building and expanding brand presence
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while collaborating across departments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
• Familiarity with the beauty, health, or FMCG industry is a plus
