Job Description

What will you do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, startup growth stages, and logistics of market needs.
  • Conceptualize and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, partnerships, brand, and performance) across the entire customer lifecycle to drive awareness, conversion, and revenue growth. Strong in digital marketing is a must
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to develop innovative creative briefs, provide clear direction, and ensure consistent brand messaging across print, digital, and video assets.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate customer, market, and competitive insights into effective outreach strategies that increase conversion rates and generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage, track, and optimize marketing performance and campaign effectiveness through data-driven analysis, ensuring efficient CAC, strong ROI, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong brand positioning, public communications, and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and market differentiation.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and external partners, including regular communication with C-level executives regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budget utilization.
  • Lead the execution of marketing plans by mobilizing internal resources and driving effective collaboration with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear KPIs/OKRs and fostering a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, B2B services, or technology startups.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, digital and performance marketing (SEO/SEM), demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Highly data-driven, with experience managing and analyzing key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including team building, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong capability to communicate and present to C-level executives, including marketing strategies, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
