Key Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Narrative - Brand Architecture & Narrative: Own the evolving corporate story to ensure market differentiation and global consistency.
  2. Integrated Campaigns - Omnichannel Orchestration: Lead full-funnel campaigns where PR and organic advocacy amplify paid media to drive demand.
  3. Public Relations - Earned Influence & GEO: Secure high-authority media coverage and optimize brand visibility for AI search engines (GEO).
  4. E-commerce - Content-to-Commerce: Drive sales on TikTok Shop/Shopee/Tokopedia through storytelling, KOL partnerships, and live-streaming.
  5. Reputation & Crisis - Strategic Advisory: Manage executive thought leadership and protect the brand from modern AI-driven reputational threats.
  6. Creative Leadership - Creative Excellence: Guide the creative team from ideation to thumb-stopping execution across all digital platforms.
  7. Performance Metrics - Business Attribution: Move beyond vanity metrics to prove Marcomm's impact on CAC, ROI, and Share of Voice.
  8. Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs (Share of Voice, Brand Sentiment, ROI) to prove the impact of communications on the bottom line.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience, with a proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation or high-growth scaling. Must have experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on attribution and commercial accountability.
  2. AI & Search Proficiency: Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how to maintain brand authority in AI-first search environments.
  3. Data Privacy & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment or Klaviyo and a firm grasp of Privacy-Led Marketing (PLM).
  4. Content-to-Commerce: Fluency in the algorithms of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia, specifically how to leverage creator-led content to drive direct revenue.
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred. Priority given to candidates with advanced certifications in AI Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Social Commerce from recognized industry leaders (e.g., Google, Meta, or Tiktok)
