Role Overview
The Head of Admissions, Sales & Marketing provides strategic leadership in student recruitment, sales performance, marketing communications, and digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in achieving enrolment targets, strengthening the School's market presence, and ensuring a professional and consistent experience for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions and Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute enrolment and sales strategies to achieve student recruitment and revenue targets
- Oversee the full admissions and sales funnel, from lead generation and inquiry management to enrolment and onboarding
- Establish, manage, and monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and enrolment forecasts
- Build and maintain effective relationships with prospective families, education agents, corporate partners, and feeder schools
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout the admissions journey
Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
- Oversee CRM systems, lead management processes, and data analytics to optimize marketing and sales performance
- Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all digital and traditional communication channels
Leadership and Strategic Collaboration
- Lead, manage, and develop the Admissions, Sales, and Marketing team
- Work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to align enrolment, financial, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure alignment between educational offerings, market positioning, and communications
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Board
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or enrolment management, preferably within international or Cambridge school environments
- Proven track record in achieving enrolment or revenue growth through effective sales and digital marketing strategies
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
