The Head of Operations (Tangerang) plays a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the efficient and smooth execution of an organization's operations, particularly operation in production facilities

Key requirements for the role:

• Strong experience in Power Cable Manufacturing (mandatory)
• Background in operations, production, or plant leadership
• Preferably based in Indonesia or open to relocation
• Senior leadership capability with proven track record in managing cable production facilities
