About the Role
Responsible for developing employee capabilities and leadership in building a high-performance organization. Ensure the availability of sustainable talent to become AIA's future leaders, and lead the Performance Development Dialogue process to achieve quality results. Lead Culture and Employee Engagement activities.
Key Roles & Responsibility:
- Building HR and leadership capabilities through a comprehensive and structured learning and development framework and initiatives for employees and cross-functional leaders in supporting the company's strategy.
- Designs program and lead initiatives to retain high potentials and high performers across organization in building AIA Future leaders.
- Design learning development framework and training program according to global learning strategy and local business unit development needs.
- Liaise and seek collaborative opportunities with internal and external entities to ensure high quality and cost-effective development program.
- Lead any HR change management projects from Group Office and Country in promoting and enabling employee new ways of workings, new HR global process, and cultural initiatives to align with AIA Group, by working with all stakeholders including HRBPs and other functions.
- Manage the Strategic Development Budget within the framework for maximum impacts in developing talent and leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of learning program implementation.
- Lead each AIA Group and AIAF HR change management project in promoting and enabling employees new ways of working, new HR processes globally and cultural initiatives to align with AIA Group, working with all stakeholders including HRBP and other functions.
- Define, Develop and Drive Culture building across organization by working effectively with Senior Leadership in AIA Global and LBU, and ensure the culture is consistency implemented across LBU.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership and culture position in managing capability building, learning, and culture. Have exposures in other HR knowledge is a plus.
- Prior experience as VP HR Talent or VP HRBP is preferable
- Strong experience in developing Talent capabilities through comprehensive Leadership and Talent Framework
- Experienced in building and sustaining high performing culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing Senior Leadership within country and global
- Strong knowledge and execution in building leadership capabilities and talent pipeline
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
- Has relevant certification in HR is desirable
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
