Role Purpose
To serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the leadership team, providing decisive management support and driving people initiatives that directly contribute to business growth. This role moves beyond routine HR administration to focus on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management Decision Support
- Provide the CEO with structured, concise analysis on people matters, presenting clear options, risks, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Proactively identify issues requiring executive attention and autonomously resolve operational matters.
- Manage decision timelines, ensure follow-through, and always prepare contingency plans.
2. Recruitment & Strategic Talent Delivery
- Translate business objectives into precise hiring profiles and workforce plans.
- Own the outcome of recruitmentquality of hire and time-to-productivitynot just the process.
- Act as a true partner to business leaders, advising on market realities and challenging unrealistic expectations to ensure sustainable hiring.
3. Organization & Workforce Effectiveness
- Support the design and evolution of the organizational structure to enhance agility and efficiency.
- Ensure all HR programs (performance, development, engagement) are directly aligned with and advance core business priorities.
4. HR & GA Operations & Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor law (Ketenagakerjaan), BPJS, and all relevant regulations.
- Oversee stable, accurate, and efficient payroll processing, benefits administration, and general affairs operations.
- Implement and manage HR systems for scalability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or fast-paced growth sectors.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor/employment law and HR compliance with a hands-on, practical approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives effectively.
- Demonstrated structured and analytical thinking; able to distill complexity into clear, actionable plans.
- A business-oriented and outcome-driven mindset. Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus.
