The Head of HRGA & Legal will lead and execute strategies across Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal functions to support the business growth of the organization. This position acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and ensures all people, operations, and legal pillars run seamlessly across multi-entity business units.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions to support business growth and organizational development.
- Build and execute HR strategies including recruitment, onboarding, KPI & performance management, learning & development, talent & succession planning.
- Manage HR operations & industrial relations: policies, SOP, employment contracts (Permanent/Fixed-term/Consultant/Freelance/Expat), grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Oversee GA & office operations: facility management, asset control, procurement, business travel, vendor management, workplace safety & security.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements: MoU, NDA, commercial/vendor contracts, and ensure licensing & regulatory compliance (NIB, OSS, permits, etc.).
- Act as strategic business partner to the CEO & C-Level for people strategy, operational governance, and legal compliance.
- Lead and develop HR, GA & Legal teams, including budgeting, planning, and process efficiency.
Requirements :
- 510 years of experience with at least 3 years at Manager/Head level in HR / HRGA / HRBP / Legal.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Omnibus Law, PP35/2021, and Industrial Relations.
- Proven experience in legal drafting and contract review/negotiation.
- Experience implementing HR frameworks and systems (HRIS, KPI, job grading, compensation & benefits, company culture programs).
- Strong leadership with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution mindset.
