Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end business strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and healthy loss ratios within a digital insurance ecosystem.
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Lead underwriting strategy with a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics, automation, and technology to improve risk selection and pricing.
- Drive business development across digital distribution channels, partnerships, and insurance ecosystems.
- Build and lead a high-performing, agile team with a performance-driven culture.
- Continuously optimize processes, automation, and customer experience to improve efficiency and retention.
Qualifications
- 810+ years of experience in General Insurance, Commercial Lines, or underwriting, with exposure to digital environments preferred.
- Strong P&L management experience with a proven track record of scaling business growth.
- Deep understanding of underwriting, risk modeling, pricing strategy, and portfolio management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Technology teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven organization.
