Role Overview
My client is hiring a senior Corporate Lending professional to originate and manage corporate loan opportunities across Southeast Asia. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CEO, with strong autonomy and commercial upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and execute corporate loan transactions for large enterprises and groups across the region.
- Lead credit analysis, deal structuring, pricing, and internal approvals for corporate lending opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with large corporates, banks, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure deal execution and ongoing portfolio management.
- Support CEO on strategic financing initiatives, market expansion, and selected special projects.
Requirements
- VP level or above experience in Corporate Lending / Corporate Banking from a large international bank or investment bank.
- Strong background in corporate loans (channelling experience not required).
- Proven ability to independently originate and execute deals.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel (Jakarta / Singapore / Hong Kong).
- Strong communication skills in English, open to people base in SG
