About the Role
The Head of Finance Operations will be responsible for leading and ensuring the end-to-end efficiency of finance operational processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing & Collection, Cash Flow Management, Payment Control, and Financial Governance.
- Lead and manage AP, AR, billing & collection functions to ensure accurate and timely payment and receipt processes.
- Oversee operational finance portions of month-end closing to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with internal finance policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain short- to mid-term cash flow forecast accuracy.
- Strategically drive payment prioritization to safeguard liquidity.
- Identify cash-flow risks early and implement mitigation actions proactively.
- Enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Work jointly with ERP & Data teams to improve automation, ERP systems, and financial dashboards to support operation improvement
- Strengthen internal controls and eliminate financial leakages through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and strengthen the Finance Operations team to achieve high performance and accountability.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, Business).
- Act as a pragmatic financial advisor for business decisions involving operational cost, payment terms, and cash management.
Requirements
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Finance Operations/Shared Services/Treasury/AR-AP Management.
- Strong exposure in property management, hospitality, retail, or high-volume operational businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading teams and executing process/automation improvements.
- Proficiency with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership with high ownership and integrity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and execution-focused.
