Our clients, a prominent leader in their industry, is currently seeking a Head of Finance. This role will oversee and drive the financial health and strategic direction of the business operations in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end financial management, including accounting, tax reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Lead the development and continuous evaluation of short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis, including budgets, forecasts, and performance trends, to support executive decision-making.
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive job costing system to enhance cost visibility and operational efficiency.
- Direct all Finance and Accounting activities, ensuring effective processes, controls, and reporting standards.
- Assess and advise leadership on the financial implications of strategic initiatives, new programs, regulatory changes, and long-range plans.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic financial solutions.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and corporate reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, optimize costs, and drive business expansion.
- Ensure robust internal controls and full compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements for financial and tax reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Min degree, CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Min 10-15 years of working experience within Consumer industry.
- Commercially driven professional with exceptional problem-solving and creative skills, capable of exercising sound judgment and making well-informed decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
- Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills with good business acumen & strategic thinking.
- Highly-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking leader/team player with good work ethic, credibility, and sense of integrity
