Head of Finance and Accounting

PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounting to lead the Finance & Accounting function, with a strong focus on funding management, liquidity, treasury, financial planning, and accounting.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, optimizing funding sources and costs, maintaining adequate liquidity, and providing accurate financial information to support strategic business decisions.

• Lead Finance & Accounting function and ensure effective financial management.
• Develop and manage the company's funding strategy to support business and liquidity needs.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and funding partners.
• Monitor funding utilization, liquidity, cash flow, and cost of funds.
• Prepare budget, financial projections, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities under PSAK and applicable regulations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, financing agreements, and financial covenants.
• Manage financial risks, particularly liquidity, funding, and interest rate risks.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team and collaborate with other departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with significant experience in multifinance/financing companies.
• Strong experience in funding, treasury, liquidity management, and financial planning.
• Candidates currently or previously working in multifinance companies with exposure to funding activities are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of funding structure, bank facilities, loan agreements, cost of funds, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
• Experienced in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, and financial controls.
• Familiar with OJK regulations and regulatory requirements applicable to financial services companies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Able to communicate effectively with Senior Management, Directors, Banks, Investors, and other external stakeholders.
