FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX GENERAL MANAGER (Division Head level)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy and act as a strategic business partner to management in driving sustainable growth and financial health.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management to support business priorities and long-term objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting in accordance with PSAK/IFRS and applicable regulations.
• Lead Tax and Treasury strategies, ensuring effective tax management, cash flow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organization.
• Lead and develop a large-scale Finance, Accounting & Tax organization, building a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 5 years in a Division Head / General Manager-level leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and complex Finance organizations, preferably within Manufacturing, Mining, or other large-scale industries.
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, PSAK/IFRS, Tax, Treasury, and financial governance.
• Experience managing external/internal audits and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent; CPA/CA/ACCA certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated business acumen, integrity, governance mindset, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of delivering measurable business impact.
