Head of Finance and Accounting (CFO)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all company financial and accounting activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial audits.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Lead and develop the finance & accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation regulations.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in corporate financial planning and management.
• Preferred: CFO Training/CPA/CA/CFA certification (a plus).
