We are partnering with a rapidly expanding digital infrastructure and connectivity company focused on accelerating its fiber (FTTH) network footprint across Indonesia.
As part of its large-scale expansion, the company is seeking a Head of Fiber Deployment & Rollout to lead end-to-end execution of fiber network buildout—ensuring speed, quality, and operational discipline across all deployment activities.
This role is critical in translating network investment into on-ground execution, directly impacting rollout timelines, cost efficiency, and overall network readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of fiber rollout projects, from planning handover to full deployment completion
- Ensure all deployments meet technical standards, design specifications, and safety requirements
- Drive strict quality control and governance across all rollout activities, including vendor and contractor management
- Manage large-scale rollout programs, ensuring delivery against timeline, budget, and scope
- Coordinate closely with planning and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from deployment to network activation
- Provide on-ground insights and technical feedback to continuously improve network planning and design efficiency
Requirements- Proven experience within ISP, telecom, or fiber infrastructure environments
- Strong technical expertise in fiber optic infrastructure, including cable installation, splicing, and network implementation
- 7–10 years of experience in fiber deployment / rollout, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale FTTH or backbone rollout projects
- Strong execution mindset with high accountability and ability to operate under pressure in fast-paced environments
