Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Estate Operations based in Ubud. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day estate operations, ensuring smooth function and optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating maintenance efforts, optimizing workflows, and monitoring operational budgets. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to drive efficiency and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Operations Management and experience in overseeing operational activities efficiently.
• Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve processes and systems within the estate.
• Demonstrated capability in Team Management and leadership, with a focus on inspiring and coordinating staff effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Budgeting, with the ability to monitor and manage financial resources effectively.
• A track record of delivering results and ensuring operational excellence in boutique hospitality or estate environments.
• Educational qualifications in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Ubud's culture and local practices is an advantage.
