- The Track Record: 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing multiple teams in a high-concurrency environment (e.g., 30M+ transactions/users)
- Leadership Gravitas: Proven experience building and scaling engineering organizations of 30-60+ people. You lead through empowerment and technical credibility, not through hierarchy
