Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the development and optimization of digital back-office solutions within the Collaborative Digital Enabler business pillar. This role is responsible for directing and controlling the planning, integration, and implementation of technology solutions through business analysis, system evaluation, and impact management. The role also oversees transaction reporting and dispute resolution processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency, in alignment with business needs and service performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and control the execution of strategic initiatives within the function by managing resources, ensuring effective coordination, continuous monitoring, and systematic evaluation to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Direct and optimize business analysis and advisory activities through comprehensive user needs identification, business process analysis, and cross-functional consultation to ensure alignment of technology solutions with operational requirements.
  • Oversee and evaluate change requests and their impacts through structured assessment of complexity, resource estimation, and risk analysis to ensure efficient, measurable, and well-governed implementation.
  • Manage and optimize development resource allocation, including man-days planning, workload analysis, and productivity tracking, to ensure efficiency and quality of delivery.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of production incidents, including root cause identification, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and reliability.
  • Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new products or enhancements within back-office systems to ensure functionality, performance, and alignment with business and operational needs.
  • Direct reporting, documentation, and coordination of system changes, including transaction reporting and dispute resolution processes, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure effective governance through risk management, audit support, and follow-up of audit findings, as well as strategic resource and team management to strengthen internal control and organizational capability.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Reporting, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Big Data, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  2. Strong understanding of Big Data architecture and data management practices.
  3. Proven experience in data integration processes, including ETL/ELT development and optimization.
  4. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, and Data Privacy frameworks.
  5. Strong experience in data reconciliation and dispute management processes.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, roadmaps, business cases, and departmental budgeting.
  7. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  8. Strong strategic, analytical, and business-oriented mindset.
  9. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, business, risk, legal, and technical) in managing reconciliation and dispute processes.
  10. Extensive experience in handling large-scale data processing, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or similar industries.
