Job Summary
The Head of Corporate Strategy & PMO is entrusted with shaping MODENA Group's long-term strategic direction and orchestrating disciplined execution across business units. This role provides high-level strategic insight, drives enterprise-wide performance alignment, oversees critical project governance, and advises Top Management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Job Description
- Formulate the 35 year corporate strategy roadmap and secure alignment with Top Management and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate market landscapes, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities, including partnerships and potential M&A.
- Lead enterprise-wide KPI formulation, performance monitoring, and quarterly/annual business review processes.
- Oversee development of financial models, feasibility assessments, and strategic analyses to support major initiatives.
- Govern PMO operations, ensure adherence to project management standards, and monitor the execution of strategic programs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating closely with Finance, Human Capital, BPI, IT, and other strategic units.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and strategic reports for Board and Management review.
- Provide strategic counsel to Top Management and recommend corrective actions to address performance or execution gaps.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, PMO, business planning, or related strategic functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Strong command of project management principles and enterprise PMO governance.
- Proven ability in KPI architecture, performance evaluation, and data-driven decision frameworks.
- Advanced capability in financial modelling, analytical reasoning, and business case development.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and executive documentation standards.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving skills.
