Head of Corporate Legal

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Corporate Legal with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in law or a similar area of discipline from a reputable university with GPA>3.50

2. Proven experience as a corporate legal handling business transactions such as M&A, JV for a minimum of 8 years

3. Previous experience in handling legal matters for the Energy / Technology industry is preferred

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions:

1. Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors

2. Advising on commercial agreements and business transactions such as M&A, JV, etc.

3. Manage and oversee the Company's commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms, legal contracts repository, and any collateral documents and/or certificate

4. Other duties as assigned
