Job Description

  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute overall commercial strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Define revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure achievement
  • Optimize channel strategy across retail, distributor, and online platforms
  • Drive pricing and margin strategy in collaboration with Finance
  • Sales Performance Management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance by channel, region, and product category
  • Establish and manage sales pipeline visibility through CRM systems
  • Drive productivity and effectiveness of sales teams
  • Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
  • Define and execute brand positioning and communication strategy
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Oversee digital marketing, content, and campaign performance
  • Go-To-Market & Product Launch
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ensure effective market penetration and channel activation
  • Customer & Market Insight
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor landscape
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:
  • Managing Director Office (performance tracking & execution control)
  • Information Technology (CRM, omnichannel, data systems)
  • Finance (pricing, budgeting, margin control)
  • Supply Chain (demand planning & inventory alignment)
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across departments
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and develop sales, marketing, and product/category teams
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets
  • Build a high-performance, data-driven, and accountable team culture

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership position managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Experience in multi-channel business (retail, distributor, and online)
  • Experience in electronics, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is preferred
