Develop and execute a comprehensive business partnership strategy in Indonesia, aligned with regional and global objectives
Establish and manage high level relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, e-wallet providers, telecom operators, regulators, and major digital platforms
Lead strategic partnerships that support payment related operations such as fund disbursement, repayment collection, and automated overdue deductions, ensuring broad coverage and accessibility for the user base
Identify, negotiate, and close high impact partnership opportunities that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and product scalability
Act as the main liaison between external partners and internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on partnership models, terms, and long term alignment
Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate risks
Represent the organization in external meetings, strategic discussions, and relevant industry events
Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance, risks, and strategic contributions to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, with 3 or more years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, fintech, or digital platforms
Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and financial ecosystems, including disbursement, repayment, and collections processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to translate vision into execution
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced, and cross functional environment
Experience in startups or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred
