Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as Business Development Leader
  • Strategic Thinking & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Fintech related experience background is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with various team to achieve target
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and target achiever
  • Familiar with IT products or IT Services
  • Leadership & People Management (Conflict resolution, Managing different personality types (hunters vs farmers))
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiar with CRM Tools
  • Familiar with project management

Responsibilities:

  • Set Clear Targets & Strategy, Break down targets and Set quotas per rep based on capacity
  • Selling company product through various channel, either through direct or partner
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key stakeholder and partners
  • Build & Manage the Sales Team, coaching & skill development
  • Monitor Pipeline & Forecasting, ensure every rep maintains accurate CRM data, evaluate pipeline health,provide reliable sales forecasts to management
  • Drive Sales Execution. enforce sales process, support reps in closing strategic deals, join high-stakes client meetings
  • Maintain Team Motivation & Culture
  • Ensuring high client/customer satisfaction, conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend waysof improving client/partner satisfaction
