The Head of Business Development plays a strategic leadership role in driving organizational growth through partnerships, revenue generation, and market expansion. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business development strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Lead negotiations and oversee business agreements, MoUs, and contracts.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
- Conduct market analysis, business feasibility studies, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and report business growth to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
