Role Overview
This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for leading and driving the Business Development (BD) function.
The role combines strategic growth leadership with hands on deal execution. You will lead partnerships with property developers and property owners, as well as developing a team and process improvement to ensure high quality execution and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end Property Acquisition execution, from sourcing and qualification through negotiation, contract signing, and handover to onboarding.
- Lead commercial growth initiatives and partnerships to support expansion for two companies concurrently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and referral partners to consistently generate high-quality opportunities.
- Lead owner and partner discussions to understand business needs, clearly communicate value propositions, and move deals forward with defined next steps and timelines.
- Partner closely with internal teams (operations, onboarding, revenue, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth deal progression and aligned expectations prior to signing.
- Monitor pipeline performance, identify risks early, and continuously improve acquisition and BD processes, messaging, and handover quality.
- Represent the companies in key external meetings, negotiations, and strategic partnership discussions in Bali.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Open to WNA, or WNI with overseas university/college education.
- KITAS support is available for eligible foreign candidates.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major: overseas education or strong international exposure is a strong advantage.
- 68+ years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Partnerships, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related commercial roles.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage deals end-to-end with sound commercial judgment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence owners, partners, and internal teams.
- Comfortably operating at senior level while remaining hands on and execution focused.
- Highly organized and data driven, with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
- Self motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
- Flexible working hours, evenings or weekends may be required.
- Fluent in English, Professional Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
