About the Role
Lead and grow our womens fashion brand. This role is responsible for driving business strategy, daily operations, and product development to ensure the brand stays relevant and achieves company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fashion business unit, covering strategy and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee product development from concept, design, and production to marketing.
- Ensure product quality by understanding fabrics, patterns, and production processes.
- Manage retail operations, inventory, and product distribution.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in fashion retail, business management, or operations.
- Strong understanding of womens fashion trends, fabrics, and production.
- Additional skills such as sewing or pattern-making are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
