Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute the brand vision to stay relevant with Gen Z and young consumers.
- Lead the repositioning of the brand into a trendy lifestyle brand.
Product & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to launch trend-led collections, collaborations, and limited editions.
- Ensure product innovation aligns with youth culture and fashion trends.
Marketing & Engagement
- Lead digital campaigns, social media, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and relevant communities.
- Develop compelling storytelling that resonates with young audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align marketing, design, and e-commerce teams under a unified brand vision.
- Monitor key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and market share within the youth segment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record in building brands focused on youth segments (Gen Z / under 25 y.o).
- Strong understanding of digital culture, social media, and the influencer ecosystem.
- Creative, visionary, and able to translate trends into brand and product strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fashion, culture, and innovation.
- Eager to learn and continuously develop.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Based in Surabaya, with at least one weekly visit to the Pasuruan factory (approximately 1 hour from Surabaya) for new product development discussions.
