Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute the brand vision to stay relevant with Gen Z and young consumers.
  • Lead the repositioning of the brand into a trendy lifestyle brand.

Product & Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the design team to launch trend-led collections, collaborations, and limited editions.
  • Ensure product innovation aligns with youth culture and fashion trends.

Marketing & Engagement

  • Lead digital campaigns, social media, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and relevant communities.
  • Develop compelling storytelling that resonates with young audiences.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align marketing, design, and e-commerce teams under a unified brand vision.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and market share within the youth segment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record in building brands focused on youth segments (Gen Z / under 25 y.o).
  • Strong understanding of digital culture, social media, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Creative, visionary, and able to translate trends into brand and product strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for fashion, culture, and innovation.
  • Eager to learn and continuously develop.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Based in Surabaya, with at least one weekly visit to the Pasuruan factory (approximately 1 hour from Surabaya) for new product development discussions.
