We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the strategic direction, brand excellence, and long-term growth of ERHA's skincare portfolio.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end marketing communication and corporate communication initiatives for ERHA Skincare Group.
  • Build and execute integrated 360 communication strategies across PR, digital, social media, branding, community, and KOL.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop annual communication plans, campaign narratives, and brand messages aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee content strategy, media relations, and corporate storytelling to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Analyze market insights, consumer trends, and campaign performance to refine messaging and improve effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with media, agencies, communities, and strategic partners to maximize campaign impact.
  • Ensure efficient budget allocation and evaluate ROI for all communication activities.
  • Drive crisis communication handling and key corporate announcements.
  • Build a collaborative team culture and mentor the Marcomm & Corcomm teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in Marketing Communication or Corporate Communication, with 34 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication background in consumer brands; experience in beauty, skincare, or dermatology industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop brand communication strategies, PR plans, and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills for internal and external communication.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • High analytical ability to translate insights into actionable communication strategies.
  • Passion for brand building, innovation, and staying ahead of communication trends.
