- Oversee daily bar operations
- Lead and train bar staff
- Manage inventory and quality control
- Maintain hygiene & service standards
- Create and recommend new cocktails
Requirements
- 3+ years in a bar leader role
- Strong mixology & leadership skills
- Excellent communication & teamwork
- Fluent in English
