What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for medical professionals, including RMOs and specialists to deliver world-class healthcare services.
- Develop and execute business plans and initiatives that align with hospital goals, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in medical affair, contributing to critical decision-making and hospital business strategies.
- Ensure smooth daily operations while achieving performance and budget targets.
What We're Looking For:
- A licensed medical doctor with 5+ years of clinical experience in a full-service acute hospital and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian medical regulations, ethical codes, and professional standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine or Hospital Administration (MARS).
