Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ICT operational team including Helpdesk, Surveillance, L1 Network, Security, and System support.
Ensure service delivery meets SLA, KPI, and customer operational requirements.
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes.
Act as primary escalation point for ICT operational issues.
Monitor operational performance and implement service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree / D3 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 57 years experience in ICT infrastructure operations.
Minimum 2 years experience in leadership / supervisory role.
Strong knowledge in:
Network infrastructure
Security operations
Data center operations
IT service management (ITIL preferred)
Preferred Certifications
ITIL Foundation
CCNA / CCNP
Network Security Certification (Fortinet / Checkpoint / Palo Alto)
