Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP) to lead the people strategy for Kredit Pintar in Indonesia. This is a country-focused leadership role, where you will act as a strategic advisor to the management team and drive HR initiatives to support business growth, regulatory compliance, and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Indonesia leadership team, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage all HR business partnering activities including talent management, performance, and organizational development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) regulations, working closely with legal and risk functions.
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Support and coach leaders on people-related matters including team development, change management, and engagement.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement performance management frameworks to drive high performance.
  • Work closely with the HR COE (Center of Excellence) teams to roll out HR programs and policies effectively across the business.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Drive employer branding and employee experience initiatives to position Kredit Pintar as an employer of choice in the Indonesian fintech space.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 810 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role within financial services or fintech.
  • Prior experience working with OJK regulations is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decision-making and process improvement.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
