Purpose and Scope

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, employee engagement etc.
  • Work closely with President Director and Department Heads to execute HR strategies and optimize organization structure & design;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes, in accordance with Labor Law and alignment with shareholders HR policies;
  • Review and recommend compensation and performance management processes to attract and retain talent;
  • Ensure employee relation issues are properly identified, reported and resolved;
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of manpower budget;
  • Ensure expatriate employees are provided with valid permits to perform duties in accordance with local regulations;
  • Oversee/ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, mandatory employer/employee contributions and related tax submissions for all employees;
  • Oversee office administration and undertake other related duties as assigned.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or relevant disciplines
  • Min 10 years experience in a HR role
  • Well versed with Indonesia labor laws and best practices.
  • Good in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, for communications with stakeholders in Indonesia & Singapore
  • Strong work ethic, positive team spirit and able to thrive in a corporate start-up environment.
