This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Engineer, based in Kelurahan Jatisampurna. The Head Engineer will oversee all maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure the mall's infrastructure is functioning optimally. Key responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, scheduling and monitoring regular maintenance work, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency. The role also requires ensuring compliance with safety standards and liaising with contractors for any major projects or repairs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical systems and implementing repairs
• Ability to coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors for large-scale projects
• Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and facility management standards
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach
• A degree or professional certification in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in building or facilities management, ideally in a commercial or retail setting
