Job Description

A. Operasional & Kualitas
- Menjaga standar rasa, aroma, dan tampilan minuman (coffee & non-coffee) di semua outlet
- Membuat & mengawasi SOP bar, recipe card, gramasi, dan plating
- Quality control harian/mingguan (random checking outlet)
- Menangani troubleshooting: rasa berubah, mesin, grind size, extraction, dsb

B. R&D Minuman & Kopi
- Mengembangkan menu minuman baru (coffee based & non-coffee)
- Seasonal menu / limited edition (biar repeat order)
- Eksperimen beans, roasting profile (kalau ada), blending, dan brewing
- Costing recipe, memastikan enak + margin aman
- Menyesuaikan menu dengan target market (quick service / modern)

C. Training & People Development
- Melatih barista baru (basicadvanced)
- Upskilling tim lama (latte art, speed, consistency)
- Membuat modul training & evaluasi skill barista
- Menjadi role model di bar

D. Inventory & Cost Control
- Mengontrol penggunaan beans, syrup, susu, dll (minimize waste)
- Bekerja sama dengan purchasing utk supplier beans & ingredients
- Negosiasi harga
- Mengawasi stock critical item (beans, susu, syrup)

E. Kolaborasi Management
- Koordinasi dengan SPV / HOM
- Memberi insight tren kopi & minuman ke owner
- Support opening outlet baru (setup bar & training
