Qualifications
23 years of bar leadership experience, ideally as Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Bar Managerpreferably within beach clubs, resorts, or creative hospitality environments.
Strong knowledge of mixology, with a passion for crafting original cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal delights.
Leadership thats motivational, interpersonal, and filled with positive energy.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at improvising when island life throws curveballs.
Fluent in Englishor communicative enough to lead a multicultural team. Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus, but not required.
A service-first mindset thats friendly, genuine, and always keeps the guest experience front and center.
