Job Description:

Ensure effective implementation of strategic management across the development, launch and portfolio management of bancassurance products, focusing on revenue growth, bancassurance business portfolio performance and regulatory/internal procedure compliance. Key responsibilities including creating product strategy, managing partnerships with insurance partners ,and ensuring the bancassurance team perform teir roles and responsibilities in line with establish standards .

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years relevant experience in bancassurance product and business
• Strong product management experience, vision and business sense in building up bancassurance business
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationship within team and across functions
• Strong capability ini analysing product portfolio (pricing, profitability etc) and proposition .
