Hardware Solution Team Lead
Job Description:
- Lead hardware implementation projects: servers, network, storage, and security appliances
- Ensure system availability through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage and optimize network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, ISO layers)
- Manage enterprise servers and storage systems (SAN/NAS, RAID, backup/replication)
- Manage and configure security appliances (firewalls, IDS, IPS, XDR, monitoring/logging)
- Implement automation and CI/CD pipeline (Ansible, GitLab/Jenkins, remote management tools)
- Provide mentoring and training for junior team members
- Support presales for hardware solution evaluation and product demos
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Information Technology / Computer / Hardware / Networking / IT Security.
- Have a minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in senior engineer positionce with servers, storage, networks, and security appliances (firewalls, IDS/IPS, XDR)
- Proficient in automation and CI/CD (Ansible, GitLab/Jenkins) and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
- Understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, quality control, and hardware & network troubleshooting
- Experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer for junior team members
- Strong scripting skill and must be able to demonstrate it.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team-player
- Have the ability to work in a deadline-focused environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes
- Committed to continuous learning and stay up-to-date with latest trends, tools and best practices
- Have good english skill
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
