Ensure a smooth and accurate handover of motorbike units from Electrum to drivers
Verify unit readiness, including physical condition, completeness, and operational readiness
Complete all required documentation related to the handover process
Explain motorbike usage, key features, and rental terms to drivers
Ensure that both system-based and physical handover processes are completed properly
Confirm that drivers fully understand their responsibilities and obligations before leaving the pool
Qualification:
Minimum D-III / D-IV, or
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or client relations, with a preference for experience in retention-focused roles in the automotive or tech industry

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Willing to work on a temporary basis (2-month duration)
