Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and accurate handover of motorbike units from Electrum to drivers
  • Verify unit readiness, including physical condition, completeness, and operational readiness
  • Complete all required documentation related to the handover process
  • Explain motorbike usage, key features, and rental terms to drivers
  • Ensure that both system-based and physical handover processes are completed properly
  • Confirm that drivers fully understand their responsibilities and obligations before leaving the pool
Qualification:
  • Minimum D-III / D-IV, or
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or client relations, with a preference for experience in retention-focused roles in the automotive or tech industry
  • Key competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Customer Retention
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry or a similar technical field is a plus.
  • Willing to work on a temporary basis (2-month duration)
