Guest Relation Officer - Korean Speaker

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Officer Korean Speaker, based in Bali, Indonesia. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing any inquiries or needs they may have. The Guest Relation Officer will also handle receptionist duties, support guests with seamless communication in Korean and other required languages, and provide exceptional service to elevate the guest experience.

• Strong skills in Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills in both Korean and English
• Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
• Ability to manage guest needs and resolve issues promptly
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a focus on hospitality excellence
• Previous experience in hospitality or related fields is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia
