Ace Padel Club is Indonesia's leading padel club operator, with multiple locations and a mission to build the most complete padel ecosystem in Southeast Asia. We welcome players of all levels and we hold ourselves to a high standard on and off the court.

About the Role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager who leads from the front, someone who understands great service, knows how to run a tight operation, and genuinely loves the game of padel.

This role is not just about managing a team. You will be on the court, building real relationships with our members, and experiencing our product firsthand as part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations across multiple branches: check-in/out, bookings, cashier, and customer inquiries
  • Manage court and program scheduling, including coaching sessions and events
  • Drive occupancy through proactive sales initiatives and maximize booking opportunities
  • Maintain service standards and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Train, supervise, and continuously develop the Front Office team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients
  • Actively play padel on a regular basis as part of the role, to engage with members, build authentic relationships, and fully understand the customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Coaches, Facility, Marketing, Finance) for smooth operations
  • Ensure accurate reporting and proper use of systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in guest service, guest relations, or front office operations
  • Background in hotel, resort, or sports & leisure industry is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing and developing front office teams across more than one location
  • Strong sales and occupancy management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
  • High accuracy in scheduling, booking management, and operational coordination
  • Familiarity with booking or CRM systems (e.g., Qontak) is a plus
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Willing to travel and work across multiple branches
  • Passionate about racket sports and active lifestyle is a strong plus
