The Role
The Guest Experience Associate ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You'll manage the front-of-house experience, handle reservations, and support the seamless daily operations of the studio.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression
- Manage reservations, scheduling, and membership inquiries
- Handle front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
- Guide guests through our facilities and service offerings
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with care
- Support studio operations and maintain a polished, inviting environment
- Collaborate with the team to continuously elevate the guest experience
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or skills in Guest Experience and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and scheduling systems
- Ability to deliver personalized service with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Professional demeanor and time management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English preferred
Nice to Have:
- Background in hospitality, spa, fitness, or premium retail
- Personal interest in wellness, fitness, or recovery practices
- Experience with booking platforms or POS systems
