Overview

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can help grow Kasbah Properties visibility and bookings. You'll manage online listings, create engaging digital content, and build partnerships to attract both guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage property listings on OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase occupancy.

- Handle Kasbah's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

- Coordinate photography, captions, and campaigns that reflect the brand identity.

- ⁠Build relationships with travel agents, local partners, and villa owners.

- Track performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

- Support guest inquiries and ensure a smooth booking experience.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or sales.

- Good understanding of online booking platforms and social media.

- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• - Based in or willing to relocate to Ubud.
