Arrowster is an SF-based startup building the AI-native platform for studying abroad. We&aposre backed by the founding team and board at OpenAI, Duolingo, and Meta.
Our product is a vertical AI agent for international education/studying abroad starting with Philippines and SEA. AI will centralise all the insights students need, provide 24/7 support on basic queries, and eliminate boring paperwork. Meanwhile expert counselors step in to provide support where it matters most.
Mission
Automate the $100B student mobility market and facilitate the financial relationship for 2M+ international students annually.
What you&aposll do
- Build our viral engine. We built our TikTok playbook in Vietnam from 10M to 100M+ views/month across TikTok and growing platforms.
- Expand student distribution network across all high schools in Philippines.
- Discover new distribution channels before competitors and establish them fast.
- Own the entire growth funnel - from viral content to student conversions.
This role is for you if
- You are extremely good at content -- you can easily crack viral components of any TikTok video, and spot out why a piece of writing doesn&apost hit within seconds.
- You can find talent quickly and get them to execute the best work.
- You solve problems obsessively and get excited by things others can&apost crack.
Bonus points if
- you went to High School in Manila or a major city
- Have strong connections with High School clubs
- Have leadership experience organising people, e.g. in school clubs
Caution - it&aposs not for everyone
- 6-day work week in Manila - we&aposre always building, but weekends are more flexible.
- First month will be spent learning the best execution playbook from our team in Vietnam and US.
- Urgency - do in a day what usually takes weeks, respond in minutes not hours.
