Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the POS platform to set up promotional activities and ensure all promotions are accurately reflected within the application.
  • Provide administrative support, including the procurement of POSM and other promotional communication materials through Odoo, while ensuring timely and accurate distribution to each store.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to generate insights from each store, particularly for weekly reporting, based on sales performance, transaction volume, and quantity metrics.
  • Monitor and manage the daily operations of the Sales Operating System and aggregator platforms used as the company's Point of Sales (POS).
  • Handle operational system tasks, including menu configuration, price updates, and management of menu availability across platforms.
  • Create, manage, and maintain promotional initiatives (e.g. discounts, bundles, and campaigns) across POS and aggregator systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of menu, pricing, and promotional data, and coordinate with internal teams and aggregator partners to resolve system-related issues efficiently

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in growth, trade marketing, or business development (F&B, FMCG, or retail). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have a growth mindset, data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in Ms.Excel & preparing presentation such as Ms.Power Point.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
