Manage and operate the POS platform to set up promotional activities and ensure all promotions are accurately reflected within the application.
Provide administrative support, including the procurement of POSM and other promotional communication materials through Odoo, while ensuring timely and accurate distribution to each store.
Conduct research and data analysis to generate insights from each store, particularly for weekly reporting, based on sales performance, transaction volume, and quantity metrics.
Monitor and manage the daily operations of the Sales Operating System and aggregator platforms used as the company's Point of Sales (POS).
Handle operational system tasks, including menu configuration, price updates, and management of menu availability across platforms.
Create, manage, and maintain promotional initiatives (e.g. discounts, bundles, and campaigns) across POS and aggregator systems.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of menu, pricing, and promotional data, and coordinate with internal teams and aggregator partners to resolve system-related issues efficiently
Key Qualifications:
1-2 years in growth, trade marketing, or business development (F&B, FMCG, or retail). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Have a growth mindset, data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
Skilled in Ms.Excel & preparing presentation such as Ms.Power Point.
Cross-functional collaboration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
