Growth Product Manager

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility of partial remote work. This position involves developing and managing product roadmaps to enhance user experience and drive growth. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, implementing growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying design thinking to create effective product solutions. The ideal candidate will also oversee the execution of growth marketing initiatives and track performance metrics.

• Strong expertise in Product Road Mapping and Product Management to guide and implement strategic goals effectively
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing for identifying and executing opportunities to boost user acquisition and engagement
• Understanding of Design Thinking principles for creating user-centric solutions and improving product experiences
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in the SaaS or digital product industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools
